You will learn the latest skills that employers need trained Surgical Staff to perform on everyday cases and specialties. "We Teach The Skills" in: 

General Surgery, OB-GYN, GU/Urology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Vascular and Robotics. For example you can expect to learn how to circulate and scrub on a total knee replacement  in Orthopedics, scrub a carotidectomy in vascular, perform a ureteral stent in urology, scrub a hysterectomy in gyn, fix a fracture in trauma with plates, screws and drills or expect to learn how to drape the robot arms for a robotic procedure. Just select the service you want to learn or customize a variety of specialties you want to learn. from the list of specialties above. Our Workshop & skills Labs are completely customizable. Some staff members want to increase their skill set while others are learning to circulate and scrub for the first time. We create a no pressure environment that allows us to "Remove the anxiety and replaced it with confidence to perform".  We ensure that the staff member, learns the skills scrubbing and Circulating, but how to practice safe, efficient, cost conscious and be a proactive team member able to function independently right away. Our menu options are:

1) Surgical Orientation -8hr full orientation to the OR. sterile environment.

2) Hands-On Workshops 4 days 8 hr each session (covers all the basics- gown and gloving, how supplies and  instrumentation is used etc)- 8hr each session

3) Surgery Specialty Workshops & Skill Labs 1-6(Covers the Service Lines listed above in depth & in detail) 8hr each session. Here you learn how to first assist.
