MasterScrubs Hands-On Workshops & Surgical Skills Labs provide comprehensive training for aspiring  new and seasoned  PA's/RN's/RNFA's in the Operating  Room. We focus on equipping you with essential skills needed in various surgical specialties to scrub, circulate and assist the surgeon in the most demanding surgical services in the OR including but not limited to:

 General Surgery, GU/Urology, OB-Gyn, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Vascular, and Robotics. 

You can expect to learn how to prepare the patient for surgery, scrub in and assist the surgeon with supplies, equipment, instrumentation, materials, agents, sutures, closing and dressing the wounds. You can also expect to learn how to anticipate by learning the basics and fundamentals of surgery safely through our our curriculum that is built on the latest techniques and best practice in the industry. Our workshops are for new grads, students those thinking of becoming an OR Surgical Nurse, Young and New OR Nurses who want to learn how to scrub, RNFA or Surgical PA. In our All things Scrubbing Specialties Skill Labs you will receive the First Assisting Skills the employer is looking for in PA's/RN's/RNFA's. Our Workshops supply all equipment, medical supplies, instrumentation, sutures and materials. Our teaching methods make it a fun, easy to retain and an enjoyable learning experience in a no pressure environment.  38 years of experience broken down to 8 hours. No need to go to school for 8 months when we can "Teach you the Skill" in 8 hours. You will look, feel and scrub like you have been doing this for years.

Our menu options are: 

1) Surgical Orientation - 8hr session Full Orientation to the OR Sterile Environment

2) Hands-On Workshops 4 sessions (covers all the basics- gown and gloving, supplies to instrumentation etc) 4 day 8hr each session you choose what you want to learn and when.

3) Surgery Specialty Workshops & Skill Labs 1-6(Covers 6 Service Lines listed above in depth and detail)  8hr each session you choose. Here you learn the fundamentals on how to First Assist.
