MasterScrubs Workshops and Skill Labs are at the heart of the student. Our Curriculum teaches Residents/Intern's/Medical Students, PA's/RN's/RNFA' students. We understand the gap between the classroom and the real world expectation, experience and the competition the student is up against. Closing that gap and leveling the playing field for you with current techniques, skills , state of the art equipment and methods while being affordable is what do. We teach with over 38 years of experience and our Educators are still working clinicians in the field/OR.  We are the answer to the student and the employer. MasterScrubs teaches the skills the employers are looking for in every state, in-patient(Hospital) and out-patient(ASC). 

 Our methods are for the adult learner in a relaxed, no pressure environment where we can "remove the anxiety and replaced it with confidence to perform". We offer verifiable Certification of all skills taught that employers are looking for in the areas of: General Surgery, OB-GYN, GU/Urology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Vascular  and Robotics. In our "All things Scrubbing Specialties Skill Labs you receive the First Assisting skills an RNFA & PA must have.

Our menu options are:

1) Surgical Orientation -1 day 8hr full orientation to the OR. sterile environment.

2) Hands-On Workshops 4 days 8hr each session(covers all the basics- gown and gloving, how sterile supplies and instrumentation is used) 1 day 8hr each session you choose what you want to learn and when.

3) Surgery Specialty Workshops & Skill Labs 1-6(Covers the Service Lines listed above in depth & in detail) 1 day 8hr each session you choose.
