Our Mission at MasterScrubs Is one of community obligation to mentor, train and help better the lives of Individuals in our community by training Surgical Staff through Workshops and Surgical Skill Labs those who choose to work in the Operating Room through and be able to provide be the best care. MasterScrubs  as a company  trains individual or groups of Surgical Staff for a life long career in the Operating room to practice efficiency safety. We are here to partner with  and provide a service to individuals, groups, schools and organizations develop a variety of professionals at all levels whether it be a Student, Technician, RN, PA, NP, Medical Student,  DO's, Intern, Resident, or Fellow to be highly efficient and skilled to perform surgical procedures safely and at the highest level. Our Mission is to be the bridge between school, the employer, experience, expectation and the patient population.

To give our clients the best Workshop and Skills Labs experience with easy to understand and structured curriculum that's fun to learn in a no pressure environment . Our gaol is for our clients once trained to hit the ground running and able to go as high as they endeavor in their career in the Operating room. "We teach the Skill" that allows our clients the to compete and increase their opportunities in the job market. Our commitment is to excellence and making quality training accessible directly to the individual consumer and most of all affordable. 

At MasterScrubs We offer a wide range of Workshops and Skill Labs designed to meet the needs of individuals and organizations in-patient and out-patient. Training in the main surgical specialties in the Operating Room.  We also offer customized workshops tailored to your specific needs and schedule providing our clients the control to structure and customize their training around work and family for the best experience. We provide Workshops and Skill labs for the individual or group, student or clinician providing all medical supplies, instrumentation, curriculum, training aides at no additional cost, verifiable certificate of training in each  Workshop and state of the art equipment. Lastly, our commitment to being here for our clients and community support.
